Vancouver

Last month I headed to the West Coast to reunite with some friends and family. Along the way we stopped to try some of Vancouver's best eats. Fish and seafood were top priority and certainly did not disappoint. Of course with my new found love for Nutella, we saved room for dessert and found a store front creperie that promised a sloppy mess, but was well worth it. Vancouver, you did well!

Tried this delicious dish two weeks ago at a family friends house. I've since made it 3 times. A summer take on a classic appetizer. Who would have thought? Delish!

Pizza topped w/ Arugula

Pizza is one of those things that you can't really go wrong with. After seeing arugula topped on a pizza made for some customers last week at the restaurant, I've been dying to try the leafy green atop a combination of some of my favourite pizza toppings. It was incredibly easy to make and definitely restaurant worthy. Perhaps i'll try and convince the boss to add it to the menu...enjoy!
